I’ve had my Rugged Book for about 2 weeks now. I love it to pieces. I’ve broken 2 other keyboards in 9 months because I seem to be rough on the hinge. This Rugged Book is the answer to my prayers. The versatility does not disappoint. The backlit keys feature is awesome, there are so many colours choices plus you can adjust the brightness. I am so pleased with this purchase!

Clever sales woman talked me into it as I cannot get my older style case. I love it honestly. Only thing is its thick( so hard to put in your purse). But very durable and works well. This will survive my little grand kids helping me.

Not enough magnets to hold in place

This keyboard is rugged, and reliable- but just not enough magnets to hold it in place. The weight of the keyboard and the size of the ipad makes it really difficult for it to stay on. Never had this kind of issue with smaller ipad and rugged keyboard.

Though I’m a returning Zagg

Though I’m a returning Zagg customer, I have just received my second replacement Rugged Book case that is yet again defective. My first shipped product had a broken keyboard, arriving with multiple defective keys, and this second keyboard’s backlight is out. I will once again have to return my product...the question is, do I purchase a third replacement or move on?!

Works very well for my ipad

My ipad is older and my Apple keyboard wasn’t working. I didn’t want to invest the money for a new Apple Smart keyboard which was very lightweight for use in my lap. I use my ipad a lot in the evening while watching TV and it is in my lap. So, the ZAGG keyboard works very well. It is quick to the touch, wakes up quickly, and no complaints with performance. I will have to charge it at some point which I didn’t have to do with my Smart Keyboard. My only complaint is it is more protection and weight than I like. My lightweight ipad now weighs a lot more with this heavy case, which I didn’t care about. But it solved my problem and hopefully will last the remaining life of my iPad Pro 9.7.
