Like how it cooks. The trap for the grease is not the best as some misses grease before it gets to that. Not major thing, just clean after. But I’m still learning how to use it as I’m used to the George’s grills.

I have owned several of these and loved them to death. Unfortunately, the plate locking mechanisms wear out after about six or seven years of hard use. Otherwise I'd still own my first one.
