While this unit is strong in features and versatility, it does a poor job in facilitating the flow of grease and fluids from the cooking surface. As a result, it creates a build-up of grease or liquids and the potential for splatter from the heated surfaces. It makes a mess that would have been entirely avoidable with better design.

Love this griddler! You can cook alot of food at the same time. Should have made the drain holes larger for the greese does not drain well. The griddle is great!
