I absolutely adored the grill function and had no problems. Made panini sandwiches or lunch and grilled salmon for dinner — perfect. Next morning I tried the griddle function, laying it out flat to make bacon eggs and hashbrowns. I couldn’t get the griddle temperature to remain hot enough and had to turn on the grill feature to get the eggs cooked after the bacon was finished. I’ll try again to make sure the issue isn’t user error, but I wonder if anyone else has has this problem. If I could solve it, my review would be 5 stars.

This appliance is a nice size and very versatile. I have the plates that flip, smooth on one side, griddle markers on the other. I also bought the waffle plates and love how it makes 4 at a time! So easy to clean!

Received this as a gift from my wife to replace an aging griddle and a George Forman grill I was using for sandwiches. The Pannini function is great, much better than the GF. The griddle works fine also, but gets a little cramped ( I make pancakes every Sunday) and took a little getting used to. Best part is the easy cleanup. The cooking plates pop right out and are easy to clean. Really love that part of it.

Bought to use verses wasting time with the stove. This is an awesome appliance. Burgers turn out super juicy and clean-up was a breeze. Non-stick surface makes cooking start to finish a positive experience. The settings knobs seem a bit cheap and loose but hopefully they hold up better than I'm thinking.
