I got this griddle for Christmas. It is easy to clean the pannini and griddle plates - they pop out and you wash them in the sink. Other pannini grills I’ve had needed to be cleaned in place making it much more difficult. The versatility - pannini grill and converting to a flat griddle easily is another nice feature.

I purchased the Cuisinart Griddler because I am single and wanted a quick way to cook hamburgers, paninis and small steaks. I have used the griddler for hamburgers, paninis, grilled cheese/ham sandwiches, French toast, and will soon try a steak. It's great! I discovered that when you turn it on to pre-heat, make sure it is closed. Heats much faster, obviously. I love it! No fuss, no mess.

I love my new Cuisinart Griddler and it is so very easy to clean. So far I have not had to use the cleaning tool...simply hot water and dish detergent. It is not so
hugely large that I had trouble finding a place for it in my small kitchen. So far I have only used to grill steaks but am looking forward to grilling chicken soon.
