Bought this device to replace an old George Foreman indoor grill. Much happier using this device. Clean up is a breeze. Love that the plates can come out and the dishwasher safe. Trip tray is much better design than the foreman grills. Appears to cook very evenly. Happy with the purchase so far.

I have one purchased several years ago. The quality between the two is different. The new one is cheaper feeling while the older model is sturdy. Disappointed in this purchase.

Griddle heating is not even for both the sides. One side it burns and the other-side doesn’t even cooler k.

This is exactly what I needed to replace a George Foreman grill that stopped working after 20 years. It is convenient and easy to clean. It makes great grill sandwiches and I even made hash browns in it.

I bought this after reviewing what was available in indoor table top grills. We've always had a different more advertised brand, but after our third one died, we decided to check out what else was available. I like the different grill plate options and the ease of cleaning. The only thing I do not like is the splatter that gets on the area around where the grill is sitting. We use it for 93% fat free hamburgers, but still it splatters more that I expected...that is the reason for the 4 star review.

I purchased the new Griddler about a month ago to replace a rebuilt Griddler that degraded and use it a lot. We had the old one about 3 years and were pleased with abilities to grill, make waffles and broil thick steaks. The improvements in the new Griddler make a good appliance greater. The plates are interchangeable as well as reversible. Separate grease catchers are not required since the new design makes the grease-catching unit integral to the Grill. We're amazed at how quickly plates heat up. Clean-up is a breeze since our dishwasher does everything.
