Item was defective. Had to return it. It would heat to desired temp and then shut off. Would not maintain a temperature.

This griddler appears to be well made. It has a great overall appearance and is easy to store, clean and use. The only downfall is the top burner and the bottom burner are not in sync. One is always cooler than the other. Tried pre heat to no avail.
