I was pleased with the quality of this grill. From cooking pancakes, ham and fried eggs all at once to grilling a hamburger it does a wonderful job. It has a neat grease tray but little grease is ever seen. It cleans up easily with the tool they supply and never seems to splatter so the counter around it is never greasy.

Coincidentally I got your request for a review the same day that I finally put my new Cuisinart Griddle to use. I cooked a pork chop and made the mistake of buying a package of center cut (bone in). The area around the bone was about three quarters of an inch thick tapering off to around a little over 2 inches at the far edge. So to compensate for the uneven cooking I decided to slightly under cook the single pork chop and use the microwave oven to complete the cooking, if necessary. I cooked it in the upper range of the medium setting for 8 minutes. But when I took it out to see what needed to be done I was greeted with a perfectly cooked pork chop. Now, for the best part. I slipped the two grill into the dishwasher and that was it. I have two George Foreman Grills. The worst part of using them comes when you have to clean them. That's a major chore. So that problem was solved with my purchase of the Cuisinart. I am now looking for acquaintances who are not necessarily in my "Best Friends" category to give the two George Foreman Grills. They'll think that I'm doing them a favor. I suspect that I'll be using this new item quite often.
