I have cooked bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and an English muffin, all at the same time (eggs after bacon on same gridle). I have done a burger, steak, panini and all have come out perfectly. If I could change anything, I would add adjustable feet to it to overcome unlevel countertops.

We previously owned a table top griddle; that although sufficient, was a pain to clean. We own other Cuisinart products and while looking for our replacement, we saw this one. Not only does it have multi function controls, it has REMOVABLE, non-stick plates for cleaning! And...there are more plates available for purchase if we choose. It cooks beautifully and we LOVE it!

Bought this to replace older model. This is so much easier to care for since plates are removable and can go into dishwasher. Orginial was not put into dishwasher because electrical wiring was attached to plates. Love this.
