I received my replacement a month ago. I love the features and performance. However I’m still having the same problem. The plastic release button for griddle plates has dropped off the new griddle.

My family no longer uses the over or outdoor grill. This grill has replaced all of those. It’s quick and easy to use, saves time and energy. No longer have to turn the oven on or wait for a big outdoor grill to heat. LOVE IT!

I went to visit my niece and we had so much fun making waffles for her kids that I decided to buy my first ever waffle maker! So far, I have made potato waffles, paninis, quesadillas and regular waffles. The bottom plate definitely heats faster and hotter than the top. I have quickly adapted to this machines heat settings. It cleans up very easily. I am using coconut oil from a jar instead of spray oil because the spray stuff seemed to stick to the plates in a way that they seemed stained or sticky with oil residue. It’s lightweight enough to pull out and put away easily. The lid is heavy enough to weigh down a panini or quesadilla, in lieu of having a press. I am not a gadget girl but I LOVE this machine! It is family friendly. We have enjoyed “build ur own” nights. Pancakes are hard to get perfect, or even close. My waffles, on This maker, are gorgeous!!!

We purchased the Griddler because we are remodeling our kitchen and we needed something to cook with. We thought of getting a grill, but wanted something to use inside. We saw this item in the store and decided it would be the perfect solution. An excellent decision, we use the Griddler for sandwiches, cooking meats, chicken and vegetables! We may and probably will continue to use the Griddler after our kitchen is remodeled!

can not believe that you have no choice but to heat top and bottom grills every which you use this grill- waste of electricity!!!
