Its ok, is the third one I got for the last 6 years, the first one just replaced because turns yellow at the top, second one just stop to work and this one already getting the yellow brown color at the top, I clean very good always but doesn't matters turns light brown by the heat I guess .

I am pleased that I don’t have to go outside; fill the grill with charcoal and lighter fluid; then have to stand over it and make sure the meat is cooking like it should. When I want a steak or hamburger, all I have to do is pull out the Griddler and 20 minuets later, I am ready to eat. Am very pleased tha the Griddler is large enough to cook 4 bun-size hamburgers at the same time.

I’ve used the griddler 4 times now but the top plate doesn’t get hot enough. This leaves the bottom to burn if you want the top to cook through without leaving uncooked batter.

Have only used it to make paninis so far but in that regard this thing is excellent, perfectly seared bread, warm up time is not bad, and cleanup is easy peasy just wipe it off with tissue while it is still hot
