I bought this because of the fact it folded in half. I do not like it because it does not heat well. And now it just sits in my cabinet and I went back to using my old one

I purchased approximately 2 months ago after having a George Forman counter top grill. What I really love about my Cuisinart is the functionality of folding out to lay flat for cooking on both sides, versatility of flipping over the 2 sided grill plates to meet your cooking need, easy quick release plate buttons & much, much easier to clean with a “built in” grease catcher. The stainless steel is another plus, looks nice on counter top. My only con would be that I wish it were slightly larger so 4 large chicken breasts would fit. No problem fitting medium chicken breasts. I’m very pleased with this purchase & would not hesitate to purchase again. My husband is thinking about one for their kitchen at the office.

I bought this griddle to replace my old George Forman that I had from college which was about 13 years old. I could not be more satisfied with this purchase. Had I known how great of a product it was, I would have replaced the Forman YEARS ago!

This is my second Griddler. I had the first one for ten years, but the cooking plates lost their non-stick surface and they would cost more to replace than the whole unit!
Otherwise, I love this appliance. It cooks meat on the grill side and pancakes or french toast on the flat side.
