I've had this griddle for a little while now. And this is what I like. You can make paninis and waffles by changing the plates. It does everything well enough but it's not great. The top plate never gets has hot as the bottom. The waffles will always seem to be slightly underdone vs the top. The panini press is ok. The top isn't quite heavy enough to give it a good top grill mark. Would I buy it again probably because of the versatility. It is just good enough.

I use this for so many things, but mostly to make potatoes in many different ways. Hash browns, grilled, potato bean burgers, and on and on. It's great for making small or large amounts, so it get used all the time. I'm very glad that I purchased this griddler and plan to order several for gifts.
