I purchased a Cuisart Griddler a couple months ago and am finding it the be extremely convient. I am a single dad for 2 teens and far from being an expert chef but the Griddler makes preparation so fast and convient. I mostly use the Griddler component for boneless chicken breast, pork chops and even ribeye steaks. The double sided cooking elements makes cooking very fast and complete. I can grill a 1 inch plus ribeye to medium well 160-165 dog internal heat in approx 5 min. I couple the Griddler with an IGrill meat thermometer with internal meat probe so I know when the meat is cooked to desired temperature. Steaks are almost as good as those off a charcoal grill and a lot faster and more convenient. Griddler also great for bacon cooking both sides as once. Clean up is a snap. I just pop out the 2 cooking plates, wipe debre, and into dishwasher. Grease easily handled with collection device. This unit much easier to clean up vs earlier similar units. Single dads (and moms) plus I guess everyone else should not be without one of these. I use mine 4-5 times per week.

I received my Griddler as a requested Christmas gift. My Griddler Compact died after many years of use. This one is a bit bigger than the compact, and I really like it. I use it to make paninis and grill meats, boneless pork chops, steaks, and chicken. I plan to wear this one out too!
