I like the fact that the griddle is made by Cuisinart, as I do have a toaster and a coffee maker from them and they have worked out great. The griddle is great for storage and convenience. I am disappointed that the left side of the griddle's temperature is not as hot as the right side. I also would make the writing on the dials easier to read.

This is the best griddle ever! It can lay flat to make pancakes,etc and grill meats so very easily! It heats up quickly also. The cleaning process is a snap and I love that the pieces come apart and it’s dishwasher safe!

I really like this grill. Great for boneless cuts of meat. Cooks them really fast. Also the ability to lay it flat and do pancakes on one side and sausage or bacon on the other. Just don’t try scrambled eggs, they run right out the grease drain. :) The removable plates are easy to clean. They just seem a little lightweight, have to wait and see how well they hold up.
