This is the greatest new addition kitchen. I can make 4 grilled cheese or French toast at one time.I can grill anything inside or out no fuel,no charco to clean up . Speaking of clean up the removeable plates make for easy clean. I also use a grill spray on oil makes clean up easy & cuts down on smoke.

The Griddler works very well. It has an on/off switch and temperature control. It disassembles for easy cleaning. And it is reliable. I use it serveral time a week to make pannis.

I like this griddler, my children and I use it a lot. When they want to make certain sandwiches it's easier and faster for them to use the griddler than using a pan. The only negative is the knobs should be a little thicker and firm when selection temperature.
