Love my Griddler! I use it just about everyday. It was a given to me as a gift along with the waffle plates so it's really like a 5 in 1 appliance. I can make panini, pancakes, waffles, cook a whole meal at a time with the two separate plates, and even grill steaks inside when the weather outside isn't good for grilling. And I like that I can grill both sides at once and don't have to turn them over. Steaks cook quick and are very juicy and tender. This is the best small appliance in my kitchen!

I received this as a Christmas gift I live alone and this is perfect for cooking something quick. I will caution you, don't throw away your frying pans yet. You cannot cook scrambled eggs or an omelet because everything will run down into the drip tray.
