We get excellent and consistent results everytime we use it. This is great unit for seniors because it is light weight, very easy to clean and reassemble. The open cooking feature on both plates is very useful when doing meals for two people.

Everything came out great. I especially love the easy cleanup, whether in the dishwasher or by hand, the plates clean up nicely. I would highly recommend this product for any one looking for a great grill. I had a George Foreman, this one is so much better!

We purchased the Griddler about three months ago. This product is easy to use and does a great job cooking our meals. We use it about every night and sometimes at breakfast. We especially like the ability of using the griddle or the grill-panini. The removable plates are non-stick and easy to clean. The optional pancake plates make it even more versatile. Controls are easy to use and temperature controlled. Needless to say it was money well spent.
