I cannot imagine not having this item in my kitchen. We use it weekly. Great for grilling. Wonderful for pancakes. Any sandwich can be made warm and delicious Panini style. Easy to clean.

I bought this for Christmas and love it. I’ve made pancakes, waffles, grilled cheese and grilled chicken with it and it never disappoints! Everything comes out just the way you want it to. I make the grilled cheese with the grill plates and they turn out with crispy lines. Wonderful addition to my kitchen! LOVE IT !

Hard to oven flat. I have to struggle every time

When I grill pancakes the top half is tilled a little toward the center so the batter slides toward the center. Also is not the same temperature on both sides. The bottom side is hotter. Thanks
