I bought it almost 3 months. Looks great but very soon the left push knob for removing plates was almost burn and now the Griddler does not work at all. I leave in Manila Philippines so I drove the item in a electric service center and they inform me that one of the filament is burnt and they cannot find spare part. So my Griddler is already out of order and I don't know what i can do.

I got this for a gift. I do really like it but every time I make a grilled cheese, all of the cheese gets squeezed out. Maybe there’s a secret to it that I’m missing. Don’t make grilled cheese sandwiches on there? Idk.
