I bought the Griddler to use at Food Shows. I need a cooking element that will show Grill Marks on Meats we put out for display but the Griddler doesn’t give me a nice grills marks that I was hoping for

We've had our griddler about 3 weeks, we also ordered the waffle plates on line. So far we've had delicious waffles twice. The machine performed perfectly and we will definitely cook waffles for our grandchildren. We've also done some hamburgers on the grill plates, they turned out great too, and so much faster than going outside and cranking up the big grill! Also, we were in the mood for some tomato soup on a chilly day last week, and what goes with a mug of tomato soup? Grilled cheese! I used the griddle plate for those, and man they were good! The best part is the plates can go in the dishwasher! I would like it if there was a bigger recipe book, but that's my only complaint.

This seems to be made decent but it cooks unevenly. It's enough to get it done but sometimes items need to be turned around to complete cooking. Love the reversable trays from grill to griddle. Also like being able to wash them.
