We had one for several years and saw them on sale at a close out store. Bought a new one and put it away. The old one finally gave it up and now we enjoy the new one. Eggs, pancakes, salmon, burgers, this gadget does it all,

We moved to a place that forced me to give up my gas grill! This is the next best thing. The hamburgers are great and there is no smoke! Hot dogs are a breeze to grill. Panininis are easy to make and best of all the grill plates are dishwasher safe!

I currently have a replacement griddler. The first one and this one didn't cook my pancakes properly at a temperature of 375 degrees. My pancakes were barely brown and almost too dry to eat. Not sure it can provide enough heat to cook anything else. I purchased the griddler due to the functionality and is definitely a space saver; it was also recommended by a friend who has had one for several years.
I will try one more time and if that one doesn't heat up properly I will give up. Don't feel that the product stands up to Cuisinart's reputation. In my estimation not worth the money I paid for it. Your older products seem to be much better. I also have a Cuisinart toaster that toasts more on one side than the other. I would hesitate to buy any Cuisinart electric product in the future.

I was really excited for this product after having to put my George Foreman to rest. We have used it for burgers, chicken, pancakes and eggs so far. The grease doesn't drain properly. I have to prop the appliance on an angle to get the grease to flow to the back where the trap is. When you open the lid any grease that got on it drips all over the counter. This appliance is more of a mess than anticipated. The other thing is that I received this without the scrapper to clean the grill. I give it 2 stars for the ease of using it, the quickness of cooking, the ability to take the grill pans out to wash.

This Griddler was given as a gift. The timing was perfect. We are moving and had to get rid of our BBQ due to downsizing. I grill a lot outside and was worried that I would be unable to grill for a while. We opened up the Griddler and did salmon and asparagus for a 1st try. It was a fantastic meal. It was quick, about 15 minutes and it looked and tasted great! I've also grille teriyaki chicken and other grilled veggies. I plan on getting a lot of use out of this great little grill.

Grill pans already have wear where coating is coming off. We have only used about 10 times. Heating is not uniform. Not performing to expectations. Especially for price.

Love the big capacity and the ability to achieve higher temperatures giving me excellent grill marks on my panini! I had the same model for years and when I wore it out due to heavy use, I knew I needed to replace it with the same model.
