This is our second Cuisinart Griddler. We liked our first one so much, which we had for about 15 years that it was time to get a new one. The first one was still working, however, the plates needed replacing so we thought we would just buy a whole new one. This machine works great for pancakes, waffles hot sandwiches, and I'm sure many other things that you can think of..
