This griddler is awesome! I live in a apartment so I didnt really want a big grill to use outside. This really is great at cooking very well and also the plates are removeable so you can either wash by hand or in the dishwasher. I had been craving a good cooked steak for a while and that is just what I got with my new griddler!

Heat is not consistent in top and bottom plates. Bought the waffle plates too, but have to flip waffles half way through to brown both sides. Very disappointing.
