It has only been a few weeks but this Griddler is exactly what I was looking for. I have used the grill for panini and the griddle for pancakes and French toast. The unit heats up in a reasonable amount of time. The removable plates make cleanup simple.

I bought my first Cuisinart Griddler many years ago. It has made many meals for me and has been borrowed by friends and family because they have been awed by its performance. My “first” griddler still works perfectly, but when we bought acreage for our getaway RV spot we had to buy a second griddler! No more hauling my old friend “Griddler #1” back and forth!
Honestly - you just really NEED one of these! The best grilled sandwiches and paninis the world has ever tasted come hot off the press - right here!
