We used our old model for so long that it was looking grimey. Even though it was still working fine we replaced it with a new one. We really like the reversible plates! Now we don't have 2 sets of plates, requiring to store one set while the others are in use.

I am super pleased with the Griddler. I have used both the grill and the griddle and both worked equally well. It is also very easy to clean, the plates snap right off and go in the dish washer. Nothing has burned or stuck to the surface. I am still getting used to which temperature to use for which food, but love having the ability to adjust the temp as needed.

I love that the griddle plates are reversible. I use the product at least every other day. It is fast as it cooks both sides at the same time. Makes tofu taste like chicken. We are low-fat vegan. The Griddler is one of the reasons I lost 80 lbs. without sacrificing taste!
