It is exactly what I’m looking for. Makes perfect panini, I love how I can adjust the heat and the power switch. It is easy to clean too. It looks nice on my counter with my other stainless steel small kitchen appliances.

The griddler was a splurge gift that my fiance and I put on our wedding registry. We mainly wanted it to make paninis (which it is perfect for). It’s compact, easy to use, easy to clean, and it heats up quickly for fast and easy meals! I can’t even begin to describe how many different things you could cook on this appliance. I have really enjoyed our new Griddler. I have only used the 2-sided grill for grilling burgers and heating frozen garlic toast and frozen garlic sticks. This appliance replaced 2 previous George Forman Grills. I found it impossible to keep the GF Grills clean. The new Cuisinart Griddler cleans with very little effort. Usually just wipes clean. I purchased the Griddler on the recommendation of our son. We purchased one for his Christmas Gift 2020. He liked it so much he purchased a second one for his vacation home. Easy to clean, adjustable temperatures.
