I'm so happy I purchased this grill. I have used it for steak and chicken so far and the cook is perfection. The meat comes out tender and moist. And the clean up, my goodness. The key is to use the scraper while the plates are warm. It's a breeze after rinsing them off and putting them in the dishwasher. They come out clean as a whistle. Absolutely love how it makes my life easier and look forward to trying other items in the future.
