I purchased the griddler for my husband for Christmas and we have both ended up using the different features it offers! He loves making his waffles and pancakes and I enjoy the panini trays as I was so tired of making ham and melted cheese sandwiches in a frying pan as the sandwich never really cooked on the inside properly melting the cheese and warming up the ham and now it does! Just love this appliance!

Just love my Cuisinart Griddler! I just wish the hinges were adjustable so that hamburgers at the front of the griddle would get the same amount of pressure and heat as the ones in the back of the the griddle (near the hinges).
