This is our first Cuisinart griddler and we are enjoying cooking a wide variety of foods on it. We've made paninis, grilled sandwiches, pancakes, and other foods using the different sides of the grill plates. It's easy to use, changing plates is a 2 second task, and it's wonderful that you can cook with both sides flat too so you have a really big griddle surface to use.
