I got this moderately inexpensive grill to cook fish and burgers which I set up temporarily on a small plastic end table just outside the sliding screen door. So far, I've tried it out on salmon and it works very well, capable of cooking more on the skin side than the top side by switching half way through from grill and panini to just grill, cleans up easily with baking soda and warm water instead of soap, and the grease goes mostly into the grease well.
