Heats up extremely evenly and very quickly. Perfect grill lines on a panino; great weight to keep the sandwich pressed but not crushed. Easily holds two panini. Only issue is that opening it so the top loosens to accommodate the sandwich can be tricky, especially when the grill is hot.

The griddler is the greatest cooking device since the microwave! It is so easy to cook burgers, chicken, fish, just to name a few things I use it for. You get the same grilled taste without the hassle of firing up the grill. Also a breeze to clean - simply pop the cooking plates off and put in the dishwasher. I highly recommend this product.
