This unit works great, super-easy cleanup. Only downside is I don't have a helluva lot of counter space, so after I clean it I have to put it away in a cupboard.

Good for what I intended to use it for: pancakes and grilled veggies. Makes nice grill marks in sandwiches if given enough time.
Unfortunately just does not bring the heat though. Can't cook eggs or sear anything without waiting for long periods of time and the light is just not a reliable indicator of heat level.

Love it except the trip tray doesn't always catch the grease or it overfills quickly. We are a family of 4 and use it for things like burgers and everytime it overflows onto the counter. Otherwise it is super useful and we love it.
