I got this to replace an outdoor grill. It is better than that because I can make grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas too. It cooked my burgers great with no smoke and very little spatter. All grease was collected in a removable tray. I'm glad I got this.

I have owned griddles in the past. I received this as a gift along with the waffle plates. I love it. The plates go in and out easily. I wash them in my dishwasher. I like that the griddle can lie flat for more cooking surface. The knobs are easy to read and manupliate. It isn't too big or too small. It looks attractive on my countertop. It warms up quickly and I am looking forward to using it for years to come.
