Food cooked on here tastes delicious, even if it’s a simple sunny side up egg or a hash brown. Paninis are close to heavenly. Easy to clean, preheats quickly, and all around amazing. One of the purchases in my kitchen I am most proud of. You won’t be disappointed.

The top is very hard to get to lay flat button on the side needs a strong hard push to release and sometimes I can't get it to go down . The waffle attachments I purchased for it work nice makes great waffles easy clean.

This was a Christmas gift. It has become one of my favorite kitchen toys. It is so easy to use and easy to clean,Changing the plates from grill to griddle could not be more simple. I have arthritis in my hands and fingers. The latches for the plates give me no trouble. The latch to lay it flat to griddle is easy as well.

We have only made waffles so far, but my husband loves it. Not sure or not if it's operator error, but the bottom seems to cook faster than the top. Hopefully we will figure it out.

If you live a grilled sandwich of any kind- this is for you. Grills with grid or flat surface, we bought additional waffle plates to eliminate the need for another small appliance. It opens flat too for larger pancake making space.
