So far, I really like this product. I have only used it a few times, but it is easy to use and the clean up is so easy. I grilled burgers and I was worried about the mess on the plates...but it was nothing! It cleaned right up no problem.

So far this is a really good griddle. I find I have to leave it on the highest temp to make most things. It’s a bit slower than the higher end models of grills or paninis but overall for the price this is a great appliance. I really like that I can detach the grills to clean them.
