This makes the best paninis! I didn’t enjoy grilling on it though but I only tried grilling chicken so I will need to try again with steak as I think that might be better on the grill portion. Will definitely take this camping and use an adapter to plug into the car for outdoor electric grilling!

So far, I'd rather have used a frying pan instead. The lip is shallow & food spills over the edge when using it as a griddle, with eggs, for example. Grilled cheese sandwiches get flattened when using it as a grill. It may serve a purpose but I haven't found it yet. Burgers, maybe?

I had a small grill, that had no temperature control, and could not remove the grill surface for cleaning. The Griller is more versatile as it is also a griddle.
I have used both to grill and as a griddle. The temperature control is easy to use, and switching from grill to griddle is also very easy.
Cleanup is easy, just rinse and put the removable grill plates in the dishwasher.
I would recommend this unit to anyone of my friends and family.
