Once I learned that the top will rotate and the grill can cook both sides evenly this is the bet grill I have ever used. It heats up very quickly and VERY easy to clean up.

The griddler works ok but the grease tray does not catch all the grease. The grease also tends to pile up against the back instead of running to the hole.
