This is my second griddler and I grabbed it because it seemed like the model isn't being made anymore and my first one was getting very old and beat up. But I'm not certain this one is as good, the knobs move a little too freely and it so far it doesn't hold a temperature as well as my other one did. Time will tell if I will have years of enjoyment like I did with my first one.

I've always thought of Cuisinart as a superior product. If you char something on the grill the outside covering in front starts turning a rust color. Cleaning the panels is easy and quick.

I use it every week, I like that I can put the plates in the dishwasher because I am lazy. I use it mostly to grill stuff and I use the waffle plates as well.
