We’ve used ours for panini's, tortilla rolls, and grilled cheese sandwiches— all cooked perfectly. Buying the waffle maker attachment is a good idea; it makes great waffles once you get the hang of it.

I have absolutely no complaints about the Griddler! I've been using it for several months and besides the fact that everything from hamburgers, hot dogs, panninis and even a steak has come out perfect, the fact that the grids are removable to clean make it one of my favorite appliances.I stopped using my old one simply because it was such a pain to clean!
