The first time I made steaks on the Griddler my husband was skeptical. He told me that de didn't think that they would turn out very good. Boy was he wrong! His was done just the way he likes it, well and mine the way I do, medium rare. I haven't made steaks on the outdoor grill since!

Beautifully made! Cooks accurately, and everything. The plate release buttons don’t seem as robust as the rest of the device. Extra caution should be exercised, or you can add some epoxy like I had to after one of them broke loose. It wasn’t worth a warranty replacement, and it’s good as new. Probably better. For the record, I really love this machine.

Bought new, received a used one. One of the buttons on the side that releases the grill plates was broke off and glued back together and stuck back in the side.
