As soon as the voice controlled Vibra vibration plate arrived I was excited to get it out and give it a try! I own a mini waver, so I was curious to compare the two.
I thought it might be more complex to setup, but it was super simple. I love the remote control wristband and the voice control—two great options!
My favorite feature though, is the heat option!
When I did the Lymphatic setting with the heat, it felt so good!
It has a small footprint, which is a plus in my tiny living room—but it’s very stable, surprisingly powerful, and an even bit quieter than the mini.
In addition to the remote control wristband, it also came with a laminated voice command “cheat sheet”. They definitely thought through the details in this model!

Doesn’t Help at All

It doesn’t really do anything. As an athlete, I find this a waste of time.
