I added this to my exercise/health/wellness program. I've used similar plates before at my doctor's office, but needed one I could use every day. I'm very happy with the device so far. Anticipating seeing or feeling results as time progresses. So far I am very satisfied.

This is amazing- from the convenience of voice control to the heating option, this is easily my favorite lifepro product. I use this everyday and cant imagine going without it in my routine!
