Good beginner plate!

I wish this was more sturdy or wider based as standing on one leg at a time (At only 155lbs) can cause it to tip. Otherwise it's great.

Need assistance with an exchange

I ordered the voice control vibration plate and I am not able to use it. When I plug the cord into the machine it seems loose and it doesn’t stay powered on. I know the instructions say to firmly insert the cord until it clicks but it doesn’t seem to click and I am certain that it is inserted correctly. Would like to exchange this for a new one and try it out.

My machine has a mind of its own, it cuts On and off and pause without me saying anything, it is Very sensitive to sound. Hard to turn on unless you say the wake-up command
