Awesome! Total body workout, this machine is a game changer, at the age of 58 it’s very complicated for me to be consistent with my workouts, this machine has covered my ability to get a full body workout in the presence of my home. love this product

I love how much smaller it is from others. Also the vibration is on is so much stronger and faster than others. The only thing I wish that the thermal heating would heat up stronger or at least had different levels.
