Easy to use!

still discovering how to use it but are excited about future projects. I love the automatic cutting feature and all the fancy stitches that can be programmed. It's also nice that there are the Get Started videos with easy instructions. I definitely recommend this machine.

It's easy to use and has very cool features! It will be an amazing addition to my craft room and I cannot wait to start a new project with it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great machine for a great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Singer C7220 Sewing Machine and let me tell you it's jam packed full of features! As a guy, I never really had an interest in learning how to sew growing up until I took a home economics course in Middle School where I learned how to use a sewing machine to make a basic tote bag. Ever since then, I've had an interest in mending my own clothes and hemming my own pants. As an entry-level sewist, this sewing machine does it all for me. This is a lightweight sewing machine and has a storage compartment where you can store the many included accessories. I particularly like the LCD screen that allows me to breeze through the many settings including the ability to program the machine to sew words into your fabric! This sewing machine has a thread cutter, 1 Lettering Font capability, 1-Step buttonhole creation, 417 stitch applications, and a touch button stitch selection that works with the built in LCD screen. Thankfully, Singer has created many instructional videos and posted them on YouTube to help you learn how to use your new machine! I'm very happy to have this sewing machine and recommend it.

Love my Singer... but!

I received this machine as a gift from my son, I've always used a Brother sewing machine but this time I received a Singer, it's a great machine, I quilt and make Indigenous regalia. I've had my new Singer for about 2 months now and everything is working fine BUT 1 main feature that I love stop working. The automatic thread cutter will not cut my thread anymore, I've cleaned it over and over thinking there might be thread stuck, it just stop cutting like it's a duel knife. Help! What can I do?

I have had this machine for a month now, and I have to say that I really love it. It has the speed control I really wanted, and I love all the preprogrammed stitches. I think I've tried out just about all of them. There were two real wows I fell in love with right away. First of all, the automatic needle threader works! Secondly, the light in the needle area is very bright! I was very happy with those two things alone. Oh, and I am really loving the clear bobbin case so I don't run out of thread in the middle of a seam. I really feel good about the price point and feel like I got more than I expected. I have another Singer, a commercial grade that I love as well, so I feel like I'm all set to handle anything. Thanks Singer!
