Sad. I printed out the manual and laminated it. I thought I would keep it but it’s going back. It won’t stay threaded, it makes a terrible clunking noise, and I’ve barely used it. My heavy duty machine is better. I wanted it for the lettering and cutting thread and button backstitch. The lettering was meh, the backstitch button doesn’t work every time, and the cutting is 90% okay at best. I’m sending it back and will order something different.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry you had a bad experience. We’ll strive to do better.
I bought it 2 months ago and I am still fiquering out how to use. I wish it came with an instruction book ( I know I can download it). Also where I am they do not accept the enclosed coupon for teaching how to use the machine.
I purchased this machine January 2025. I like this machine very much. I love all the features it has and all the different stitches. I really like how the display screen works. It has a good size throat space and extension table that has worked well for many projects.
I have had this machine for a month now, and I have to say that I really love it. It has the speed control I really wanted, and I love all the preprogrammed stitches. I think I've tried out just about all of them. There were two real wows I fell in love with right away. First of all, the automatic needle threader works! Secondly, the light in the needle area is very bright! I was very happy with those two things alone. Oh, and I am really loving the clear bobbin case so I don't run out of thread in the middle of a seam. I really feel good about the price point and feel like I got more than I expected. I have another Singer, a commercial grade that I love as well, so I feel like I'm all set to handle anything. Thanks Singer!
I received this machine as a gift from my son, I've always used a Brother sewing machine but this time I received a Singer, it's a great machine, I quilt and make Indigenous regalia. I've had my new Singer for about 2 months now and everything is working fine BUT 1 main feature that I love stop working. The automatic thread cutter will not cut my thread anymore, I've cleaned it over and over thinking there might be thread stuck, it just stop cutting like it's a duel knife. Help! What can I do?
Machine didn’t even last 4 days without tension issues. While quilting with the walking foot, it would be an almost instant mess with the thread on the backside. 3 experienced quilters and many hours later we couldn’t get it fixed. Very disappointed with the quality of this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
