Just say NO

Sad. I printed out the manual and laminated it. I thought I would keep it but it’s going back. It won’t stay threaded, it makes a terrible clunking noise, and I’ve barely used it. My heavy duty machine is better. I wanted it for the lettering and cutting thread and button backstitch. The lettering was meh, the backstitch button doesn’t work every time, and the cutting is 90% okay at best. I’m sending it back and will order something different.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just received this sew machine. I am a beginner quilter, however I do know how to sew. The features this machine offers is just perfect for learning to quilt. I like the 1/4" marker on the machine which makes quilting easier. All the different accessories provided and the different stiches are an added bonus. I would recommend this machine for any beginner or any one that likes to sew.

Lightweight and pretty easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this for about a week. I ripped it open when it came. It’s pretty easy to set up. Just follow the instructions if you’re unsure. It’s pretty lightweight. Has so many different stitches. You can see them on an lcd screen. Which I think is pretty cool! It doesn’t make a whole lot of sound either. I e got some interesting projects coming up this fall so I’m really excited about them. I’m making my own quilt and attempting to make some clothes. Thankfully not in a 80’s design lol!

Perfect for beginners!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who had never owned a sewing machine but had always been fascinated by the art of using one, I admittedly was a little intimated upon initially opening my new SINGER sewing machine. However, that intimidation was quickly replaced by excitement and eagerness after reading over the manual and setting up the beautiful machine. The computerized LCD screen makes it easy to verify the stitch number and settings. The machine itself feels extremely sturdy and durable, which makes me feel optimistic that this machine will last. It was surprisingly more quiet than I anticipated and there are much more extras included with this machine than I would have originally guessed. I absolutely adore the speed control as it makes testing out the various stitches much more manageable for this beginner. I’ve been having so much fun with this machine the past few days, while also kicking myself for not overcoming my hesitancy and ambivalence of diving into the sewing world sooner. If you are in the market for a new sewing machine, either as a first timer and beginner or as a veteran seamstress, I highly recommend checking out this particular model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! This sewing machine is nothing like I've used before. It has multiple different settings for all kinds of stitch patterns and practically does the work for you! It can also embroider which is amazing and effortless to use.

Singer sewing machine

I'm in love this machine has so many different stitches and does so much more than my old one . I'm still learning some things that it is capable of doing. Iam really happy with the results and would highly recommend this machine.

Too many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just gotten this new Singer Sewing Machine which is replacing my older singer which I got over 40 years ago. This new machine has so many settings that it will probably take me a long time and several visits to YouTube to rewatch videos on the many options this machine offers. As for the basic hemming this machine does do a great job, I’m also learning other features like cross stitching and embroidery. I’m very excited to learn about everything this machine can do. Like I said in the beginning, my old machine is over 40 years old and didn’t give me any problems and I trust with the quality of my new Singer it will also give me many years of dependable enjoyment

Fantastic sewing machine with a ton of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this product as I have never owned a sewing machine. Unfortunately, they did not provide a paper manual in the box, I had to retrieve one online which is not a big deal. After unboxing, it was extremely easy to setup (basically a plug and play). I watched the get started videos that was provided and it was very informative and easy to follow. However, I wish there was thread provided to start with, but luckily my wife had spools of thread to use. I first tested different stitches on some fabric I had to see if everything works well and it did. I did all the examples that was shown in the videos and it was extremely easy. I love how you can just select the different stitches by pressing a button. Also, you can stitch letters in which I just stitched my name on one of my shirts for fun. The real test for myself and the machine was to hem my pants which I had wanted to do for awhile. I had a pair of slacks that needed to be shortened and so I followed some instructional videos on how to do that. I selected the straight stitch since that seems to be the easiest. I started with a slow speed so I wouldn't mess up and it worked perfectly. Tada, I have hemmed my own pants for the first time. Now I don't have bring it to a tailor to help me with hem pants anymore (money saver). Definitely worth it to have a sewing machine that anyone can easily use. There's still a ton of different stitches that I haven't tried yet, but I am extremely happy with this product. I recommend this sewing machine to anyone and everyone.
