Love the watch itself, but the battery life is pretty terrible. One day of use and it has to be charged. I basically have a routine now where I get up in the morning and have to charge it everyday after I get my sleep metrics. I have other watches that last more than a week, so this is my barometer.
Other than that, its light, well made, nice bright screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had many samsung watches, this one constantly over heats. The battery life is garbage unless you turn everything off (wifi, location, Bluetooth).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Upgrade from the Watch 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Watch 7 as a solid upgrade from my Watch 5. The Galaxy AI features work very nice and hand in hand with the functionality of my my S23 Ultra that also has it.
I'm enjoying the enhanced sleep monitoring functions. It's a welcome improvement and something I use often. Hoping to keep this thing for another 2 years until the next upgrade!

I love the features of my smart watch

It gives me full control of my music, I can track my daily steps right on the home screen, and I love that I can't put my pictures of loved ones as my background. The Galaxy AI makes this watch like no other on the market. If your looking for a smart watch, this is definitely your best option
