The watch is great. It does everything I needed to do. Very customizable. I can dress it up and I can dress it down depending on the situation. It's also really convenient for me to check my messages without having to pull out my phone every time.

Upgrade with trade-in from Galaxy Watch 3. This watch has better screen, better battery life, and more bio information. I miss the physical dial for app selection, but you can still run your finger around the watch face edge and get the same mechanic. I have not delved into customizing the watch fully, but it's a welcome upgrade from a watch I liked a lot as it was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the watch mostly for notifications given the nature of my job; as I can't always access my phone.
The watch seamlessly connects with the phone and the battery life can be great; lasting 2 days between chargers if the right settings are used (I do not use AOD).
Tracks the steps well but not sure about the accuracy of the tracking especially during weight lifting but I do not rely on these metrics regardless of the watch used.
I have utilized the body composition index mostly as a way to track changes but Samsung promises a significant correlation with Dexa scans.
Straps are backwards compatible which always a great thing (fabric band is my favorite).
Generally a great watch that just does what I need from it well.

Battery lasts much longer than my previous watch 5.No choices for strap size? One size doesn't fit all. It's to big for my skinny wrist. I called c/s but no help.
